One of my teachers, teachers, teacher said that a mind that is not tranquil is not fit for any path. This breathwork and meditation sequence is designed to cultivate a calm and stable mind. This meditation can be done in a chair, on the floor lying down, or on a yoga prop. Whats most important is that your spine is straight and if you are seated your hips are above your knees.
