The Basics. Beginner

Its all about the breath. This is a great video to learn or relearn the basics and break old habits.

At the end of the day basic yogic breathing can be one of the most advanced practices. That being said this is can be great for all levels depending on what you are looking for.

Breathwork and Meditation - 13 mins - All levels

This breathwork practice is designed to prepare us for meditation. Using the power of concentration and focus we will move our focus from the gross to the subtle. This is something that can be used at anytime of day to bring us into a more meditative state. I love this practice because it is good for anytime of day. Early morning, mid-day, or night.

All Levels Class - Gentle Yoga

This practice is great to help us calm the mind. One of our teachers, teachers, teacher says “a mind that is not calm is unfit for any path.”

This is a gentle yoga class not designed to be a workout but to help us rejuvenate.
