Breath-work - 14 mins - All levels
This breath-work practice is the one I found most helpful when I decided to become a meditator. It is designed to help us prepare for meditation. The practice will strengthen concentration, focus, and you ability to observe subtle energy.
The Basics - Beginner
It’s all about the breath. This is a great video to learn or relearn the basics and break old habits.
At the end of the day basic yogic breathing can be one of the most advanced practices. That being said this is can be great for all levels depending on what you are looking for.
Gentle Yoga - Great for before bed.
This practice is great to help us calm the mind. One of our teachers, teachers, teacher says “a mind that is not calm is unfit for any path.”
This is a gentle yoga class not designed to be a workout but to help us rejuvenate.
