Beginner Yoga Practice.
This is a 60 minute full spectrum beginner's twisting class containing movement (ASANA), breath-work (PRANAYAMA), and Meditation. For this class you will need: A yoga mat, block, pillow, or folded blanket, possibly a chair to sit in if sitting on the ground is uncomfortable for you, a quiet place to practice, and loose comfortable clothing or athletic attire.
Intermediate Yoga Practice
This Class is to ignite our power of Samana Vayu. Samana is located in the navel, and is what allows us to digest and assimilate, not only our food, but our LIFE. This class is wonderful if you feel like you have been coming up against the same life circumstances repeatedly without resolution. This is also a great practice when dealing with sluggish digestion.
Seated Meditation
This is a short and sweet seated practice to balance the nervous system, and rest in the heart. This is a beautiful practice to do 11 days in a row, or longer! All you will need for this practice is a comfortable seat, that you can sit upright with a long spine.
