2 Complete Yoga Classes

  • 1 Beginner Yoga Class

  • 1 Intermediate Yoga Class

Complete Yoga Classes will all include. Asana (Movement), Pranayama (Breathing Techniques), and Meditation.

1 Seated Meditation Class

The Seated Meditation Class is designed to be done in a comfortable seated position with a straight spin. Sitting in a chair, on a meditation prop or on the floor are all equally appropriate.

The goal of Yoga is meditation. There are many other benefits but everything we do in yoga is designed to help our meditation practice, which in turn helps us thrive in life.

Health & Wellness Lifestyle Resources

We believe in living a wholistic lifestyle, and although yoga is a HUGE part of our everyday commitment to our health, we have a TON of other resources to share! This offering will include everything from wellness and nutrition talks, detox methods, Ayurveda lectures, recipes, movement techniques, and so much more!

Live Group Q&A session with short reading

Every month we will host a live video call where we share a short reading from our studies that month and open it up for conversation.

The intention for the live video call is to help us learn from one another and get answers you may have about your yoga practice.
